The Kellogg Forest is located in Kalamazoo
County, two miles north of Augusta and about six miles east of
Richland. It is a research and educational forest that features a
recreated covered bridge. There are lovely spots to paint all along
the river with many species of trees. There is a pavilion for lunch
and indoor bathrooms available but is otherwise a primitive site.
