One among three parks located in the central
Michigan City of Mt. Pleasant, Mill Pond Park is a 90 acre wooded
wetland area with the Chippewa River running through the entire
site. Paved walks, nature trails, rest-observation decks, a fishing
pond and a large open-air shelter are other features of the area.
The other parks within this system are Nelson and Island Parks.
